Anyway, MultCloud uses OAUTH for the authentication part. They claimed on Twitter with the Author of this review to be using SHA256 Signature for encryption. Definitely their claim is true because we have checked their record from VeriSign, Inc. (for code signing, not website). But, what software they run behind – just like Google Drive, DropBox – it is a closed source software. Speed of transfer is as expected is fast.

It is a good service for managing hundreds of free cloud storage services or cloud storages with a free layer of usage like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon S3, SugarSync, Box, Copy, BaiDu, CloudMe, Cubby, MyDrive, WEB.DE, Yandex and HiDrive for transferring files between accounts, search through all your files, preview the files, cut, copy, paste, rename, share, delete, upload, download, create new folder, view file properties etc. However, as a rule for protection of privacy and security, one must encrypt the backup before uploading to any free cloud service. We are ignoring FTP and WebDAV as simple we use usual free softwares for their management.
