You will see the suggested size is 1400×1400-pixel in JPG format. Our template is over 200% bigger. The higher resolution is very very important for the Retina displays. You can definitely start with a 1400×1400-pixel sized PSD but, considering a 27″ Retina display, the smallest pixelated areas can make it looking unprofessional. You will first save in JPEG and then again open it, save it as PNG to check any difference in quality or appearance.
