Just to explain a bit superficially – for each Single Sign-On (SSO) method, the integration is important – in other words, the variety of interfaces – that decides whether one can really speak of a unified, central application or if the several applications used by the company, are supported or not. Attention should be paid in particular of each SSO solution standards, directory services (such as Active Directory or OpenLDAP), identity services and applications in the network and in the cloud, but must also think about support for mobile applications and social media platforms. With a single sign-on the requirements for complex passwords and encrypted application procedure should be standard.
