So, actually you need to :

1. Create a Twitter Developer Profile (if you do not have)
2. Create a New App there
3. Upload the folders / files (the functions you want)
4. Open the intended PHP file in FTP’s Editor or you can edit and upload

To give you an example :

In the above case, which is a part of /tweetledee/userrss.php file, you understand that; you have to the require arguments – that means they are needed files (like typical WordPress Plugin), for example :

require 'tldlib/tmhOAuth.php';
