In case a serious programmer would be interested in PulseCMS: don’t buy it, it is very badly programmed. You’ll get hardcoding, many copy/paste of blocks of code, disabling of php error reporting everywhere and so on.
I just wanted to add a new language and had to modify many files and it’s still not working.
I thought Pulse looked nice and that work deserves being paid… Finally I took GetSimple CMS which is far better and free.
