Unzip it. You will get three files inside :
db-config.php will be on the root where your wp-config.php is. db.php will be inside wp-content folder. The readme file is for reading, it is itself a great guide. As you actually have a MySQL database on wp-config.php; think it as master. Open the db-config.php file in any code editor with syntax highlighting feature (to understand where is comment and where you need to change the value), you can use Aquamacs or Gedit :
Create new MySQL database from your Rackspace Cloud account in the way you normally create database. The master will be the same as in wp-config.php. Otherwise how WordPress will run.
