Untrained Employees increasingly becoming a burden for Cloud, a vacuum of skilled networking administrators and personnel lacking experience which is grave. More than one million of jobs related to cloud have been opened in recent years and has remained unresolved due to the lack of professional certifications and personnel with experience. This grave situation was found by a survey sponsored by Microsoft. Untrained Employees are always a big burden from various aspects. The end user to the company’s Managing Director, everyone suffers. As a known effect, the good quality employees with better knowledge unfortunately faces more pressure due to this segment of Untrained Employees, either directly or indirectly.

By 2015 this segment will create 7 million new jobs which are related to cloud computing and the gap between required skills and professionals with information technology skills will be a problem that many IT companies will face in the next three years. The major thing which we have pointed many a times – Cloud Computing is fully related to Virtualizion. As it is virtualization dependent, there is need of workers with good skill on networking, server side works which points up to running simple UNIX commands.
Microsoft sponsored the study for more information as an employer and service provider, in which more than 600 employees were interviewed who were assumed to be hired around the world to understand the impact of skills in the employment market of cloud computing.

To address this skills gap and to prepare the professionals for the works related to cloud computing, web hosts such as Rackspace has launched training programs specific to the cloud. Rackspace OpenStack and its platform, which represents a technological environment rapidly changing the landscape of cloud service offerings is being offered by the company.

Another report by this time from VMware, which was released in October this year states that the Indian organizations are recognizing the need to provide training courses on cloud and that 62 per cent of Indian organizations are increasing the training budget in the cloud computing. Often to overcome the shortage of professionals with experience and expertise in the field, workers are hired who are then prepared with proper courses for their preparation. This is a top up knowledge for fine tuning skilled and semi-skilled workers. The skills required are to know how to adopt and implement the cloud computing services, understand how it affects the company on IT, and know the risks, weaknesses and strengths of cloud services.
