You need to install an open-source software named “Open Broadcaster Studio” (OBS), you’ll find it on their official website. Now, whenever you’ll open YouTube Live, OBS will automatically guide you through a wizard to stream it to YouTube Live. If you keep the live event “Private”, then you will be able to play on various devices of different sizes anywhere in this world.

How to Save the Live Stream on Own Server

You can send the live stream to the public internet by using a dynamic DNS service. While this is most easy, it is quite easy to hack.
